Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

HANAN MOSER takes pride in our high-quality jewelry, as well as our social and environmental responsibility efforts. In order to be sustainable wherever possible, we create jewelry to order and do not have a warehouse facility. With this decision, returns and exchanges are much more difficult to accommodate. Therefore we cannot accept any returns. 

Returns on Bespoke and Customized Pieces

Since our bespoke and customized jewelry pieces are uniquely made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

All Gift Cards are final sales - non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

If you need to change or cancel your order, we can only accommodate this before your order goes to production, which is within 48 hours of your order confirmation. Email us at info@hananmoser.com soon as possible if any changes must be made.

Shipping Information

HANAN MOSER provides free shipping to the following countries:
US, and EU.  

In order to be able to offer further routes fully insured, we charge 80 Euro shipping and insurance costs for all other countries. HANAN MOSER ships worldwide with the exception of  Israel, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea or any country in war like Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, Ukraine.

Each piece of jewelry is made to order, which means that the waiting times are a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait when your package arrives! The time from order to dispatch can take up to 3-5 weeks, depending on your purchase. If you want to know where your order stands in production, contact info@hananmoser.com at any time.

When your package is sent, you will be notified via email or SMS.

Taxes and Duties

The prices displayed in HANAN MOSER online boutique are inclusive of all Taxes and Duties for customers within the US, and EU. You can be sure that there will be no surprise fees when you receive your order. For ALL OTHER NON EU COUNTRIES, please be aware that additional duties / import taxes may apply when you get the parcel, depending on your country and region. If you have any question about the amount, please get in touch via email.

We can arrange full payment including duties, import taxes and shipping for Switzerland, but only for payments by banc transfer. Please get in touch for more information. 

Given the current global situation, shipping regulations are constantly changing. Please be sure to include an accurate phone number with your order should we need to contact you about your order.
