Our business operates out of Barcelona, Spain, but our suppliers and manufacturers are located worldwide. For us, the quality and sustainability of our materials are paramount which means choosing to work with companies that align with our values. However, as the sustainable jewelry industry grows and develops, we hope to work with more companies, supporting us to lower our carbon footprint even further.

Our jewelry is made-to-order, manufactured in a family-run factory in Italy. We make regular visits to the factory, building relationships with the skilled artisans who create each unique piece by hand.

Ethics and sustainability are just as important as creating beautiful luxury items, so we do everything to ensure our materials are sourced responsibly. Our suppliers are Stonelab (Belgium) and Chatham (USA). All of our suppliers and manufacturers share similar values of fair working conditions and environmental responsibility.

By using lab-grown diamonds and gemstones in our jewelry, we can create beautiful pieces that last forever but also show our respect for the world and its communities.

Sadly, traditional diamond mining negatively impacts everyone involved, whether through unfair working conditions, community displacement, depletion of vital resources, or the toxic byproducts of mining.

Instead, we choose to use lab-grown diamonds and gemstones that minimize our impact on people and the planet. For example, we use carbon-neutral suppliers that don't pollute the environment, discard waste into local water sources, or participate in the geopolitical negative side effects that typically surround large-scale diamond mining.

As a bonus, lab diamonds are also chemically, physically, and aesthetically the same as traditionally-mined diamonds. Win-win!

Lab-grown diamonds and gemstones are structurally and fundamentally identical to their traditionally mined counterparts, but despite this fact, cost significantly less. This is largely due to the difference in process costs (pulling a single diamond from the earth has huge costs associated with it). As you'd expect, lab-grown diamonds are far more cost-effective to create as we don't need to rely on thousands of years and the force of nature to produce them.

This allows us to offer the highest-quality sustainable jewelry ethically made at a fraction of the cost.

In their essence, absolutely nothing. Lab grown diamonds are now recognized as diamonds with the differences unnoticeable to the human eye. You wouldn’t be able to spot a lab diamond next to a natural diamond and their makeup is the exact same, but they differ in the origin.

Jewelers need to claim whether their diamonds are natural or created in a lab, so the best way to confirm is to look for the certification. All lab grown diamonds over 0.5 carats come with IGI certification.

Yes! We use 18k solid gold because we want your jewelry to last. By choosing high quality-quality materials like this, Zany&Shy jewelry will withstand time and can be passed on through generations—a key part of our sustainable fashion pledge.

No! Offering high-quality fine jewelry is important to us, so our designs are never plated or filled. While plated gold may still fade over time, your 18k solid gold pieces will maintain their shine even with daily wear. This  is why we only use solid gold with all HANAN MOSER pieces.

Our ring sizes are industry standard, so knowing your regular sizing will help you choose the best fit for you. If you aren’t sure, visit our sizing page for more information on how to determine your measurements.

We offer bespoke service, yes. Please keep in mind that to create beautiful things, we need time. Get in touch with us here to start the conversation.

Also, all our pieces can be customized individually. If you are looking for a longer or shorter chain, a different diamond shape, or a bigger diamond, please get in touch with us, and we will take it from there.

All our pieces are made by order specialy for you. It can take up to 3 weeks to have your purchase ready for shipping.

Shipping Days:
For EU countries it can take up to 3 days.
For US it can take up to 7-10 days.
For UK it can take between 5-7 days.
For CH it can take between 5-7 days.

For all other countries it can take up to 10 days depending where you are located.

You will receive a tracking link once the shipment is out.

All of our items are made to order, so the time from order to dispatch can take up to 2-4 weeks. As soon as the package is sent, you will be notified via email or SMS.

Given the made-to-order nature of our products (and our sustainable choice not to use a warehouse), Zany&Shy can only accept returns on unworn necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Returns must be without scratches or signs of wear, in the original packaging with everything inside. We will then check the jewelry in our Atelier before accepting the return.

Rings are specially tailored to the size of the customer and, therefore, cannot be returned. If you need to make a return request, contact info@hananmoser.comwithin 5 DAYS of receiving your order, and we will arrange from there.

Please note that in the case of a return, we'll have to charge you 50 Euro for shipping costs, both ways. Your refund will take 10-14 working days.

All of our jewelry arrives beautifully wrapped because we believe attention to to detail is everything. No need to request additional gift wrapping!

If you need to change or cancel your order, we can only accommodate this before your order goes to production, which is within 48 hours of your order confirmation. Contact us with your order number at info@hananmoser.com as soon as possible if any changes must be made. Separate rules apply for rings and customized orders.

We ship worldwide with the exception of Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, or any country in war like Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Russia or Ukraine. The prices displayed in HANAN MOSER's online boutique are inclusive of Taxes and Duty for customers within the EU, US, UK, Canada, and Switzerland. You can be sure that there wont be any surprise fees when you receive your order.

For ALL OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES, please be aware that additional duties or import taxes may apply when you get the parcel, depending on your country and region.

Our gift cards are digital. When purchasing a HANAN MOSER Gift Card, you'll recieve an email with instructions and a code that can be redeemed at checkout. Gift Cards can be applied to any product and do not have an expiration date.

All gift cards are delivered by email only. Not redeemable for cash. All Gift Cards are final sales and non-refundable.

All gift card balances are in EUR. If you're shopping in a different currency, a currency conversion will be applied automatically at checkout. Similarly, when redeeming a gift card, a conversion will be made at the current exchange rate. Please note that due to currency fluctuations, the converted value may slightly differ from the purchase price.

Items purchased with a gift card may be refunded to the gift card amount.

Recycled 18k solid gold is non-corrosive, which means you can wear your HANAN MOSER jewelry in water. However, remember that gold is still delicate and should be cared for appropriately, particularly as it may lose its shine with extreme water exposure.
